Thieves Steal £3 Million of Vertu Mobile Phone in Hometown
Thieves stole £3 million worth of Expensive Vertu mobile phones in a raid in my hometown of Farnborough, Hampshire. The raid on the van carrying the mobile phones happened near the M3 Motorway and police are appealing for witnesses who saw anything that night.
Four masked men who were driving a black Subaru forced the van carrying the Vertu phones of Link Road which is in Farnborough, Hants near Junction 4a of the M3 (which is half a mile from my house) on Wednesday night 30th 2007. After the thieves stole the phones from the van police chased the Subaru in which then the Subaru crashed, and then was abandoned in Slough, Berks.
Two of the four men from Hertfordshire aged 26 and 27 were later arrested, the Subaru car received extensive damage during the incident and are hoping people/witnesses saw this crime. Det Sgt Matt Watson, of Hampshire Constabulary is appealing for anyone driving between Farnborough and Slough who thinks they may have seen this vehicle to get in touch.” The police chased the thieves in there car where during the chase the Subaru was later involved in a collision in Wexham Street, with three stationary vehicles and one moving vehicle.
