Sony Ericsson has decided to put forward a patent application to their new idea, now this one we really love. The new patent is to add a new cleaning slider to the display plus also adding it to the opening mechanism of the mobile phone itself.

Oh yes a phone that cleans itself, this is basically how it will all work; when the mobile phone is open the slider will apparently sit at the top of the display screen, and when you decide to close your phone the slider will move down the display screen in return cleaning it at the same time.

Now the question is “Where does all the dirt and grime go? Is this a cool idea many people will say, well we would have to say yes because it beats using my jumper sleeve, oh and it is a gadget.
