There have been a few really attractive replacement UI’s for Windows Mobile and the same can be said for finger friendly formats, however, Pointui is possibly the cheapest and pretty skin available on the market.

The cheapest being music to everyone’s ears is “free” and this program adds a touchable “Applet Ribbon” single touch to most used features, and with a home screen that had a more modern up-to-date look.
