Google Gears heads for Windows Mobile: Video
The web runtime framework from Google, Google Gears, which allows a user to access websites and services offline is going to mobile handsets with the Windows Mobile platform. Exciting maybe, but not as exciting as news from Microsoft of the Silverlight for Nokia’s S40 and S60 along with Maemo Platforms, which reinforces the argument that maybe the next big battle with mobile handsets won’t be OS platforms but runtime layer!
