Sprint continues to find new ways to plug the huge leak in subscribers by looking for new content, and this time they have brought out a new web service especially for the hard of hearing. This new service is known as WebCapTel and will listen to incoming conversations via any Sprint handset and transcribe that particular conversation direct to a website.
This new and exciting voice-to-text transcription is almost instantaneous in realtime; and is fast enough for the user to be able to read the conversation transcript and leave enough time to respond to the incoming caller without interrupting the flow.
WebCapTel is a free service and is available right now. So if you are somewhat hard of hearing and possess a Sprint handset you should give this service a go.
