You might have heard that the upcoming release of the Sanyo Katana LX is set to replace the poor old Katana II. When you first look at this handset you will be forgiven for thinking that Sanyo have gone backwards with the design, as there is no external display.
Well thanks to Engadget they have the scoop that the display is actually hidden beneath a cool semi-translucent casing. Other manufactures have tried this technology before, and it is nice to see that Sanyo have employed this on their Katana LX mobile phone. Hopefully we will be able to see this phone in the flesh by April, however please do not hold us to that.
