According to Telecom Tiger, Spice Telecom is about to launch UGC content for its Mobile TV service; the idea is that “citizen reporter” will be able to submit content that others can download. Along with some existing services Spice Telecom is using MMS on the upload leg, while a portal is used for downloading and browsing.

Spice has teamed up with CNN and BBC World for news content, and is currently endeavouring to create its own content with such channels as the Cartoon Network, Bindaas, and other companies.
