Apple iPhone 3G to hit the Philippines later this year

Now Globe Telecom and Apple have announced the Apple iPhone 3G is to come to the Philippines later this year.

The Philippines is to benefit from the latest version of the Apple iPhone which brings all the features of the original along with 3G networking, iPhone 2.0 software with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync support, and built-in GPS for location mobile services, also with numerous third party applications which have already been built using the iPhone SDK.

On hearing the superb news that the Philippines is to gain the Apple iPhone 3G, Gerardo C. The new Apple iPhone 3G is to be made available to Globe’s postpaid and prepaid subscribers sometime later this year.
