Canada’s Telus has released the new version of the LG enV2 mobile phone called the KEYBO and is pushing this new text messaging orientated flip phone out at $99.00 on a 2 year contract.
This new KEYBO is billed by Telus as the ultimate messaging mobile phone and works on EV-DO Dual band CDMA 800/1900 MHz.
Spec wise the KETBO offers up the user, twin displays, one external and one internal with the internal being QVGA, dedicated QWERTY keyboard for super fast texting, 2 megapixel camera, music player, 1GB memory card, and expandable memory.
With the Telus KEYBO, the user has the ability to continue listening to their music in the background while continuing to text, the music doesn’t shut off when texting, which is a nice little feature for the music and text minded out there.
You can gain the KEYBO even cheaper, for $49.00 if opting for a three year contract, or $299.00 without contract.
