Sony Ericsson is known for their music orientated mobile phone, but could Sony Ericsson be possible leaving the mobile world in favour of the Digital Photo Frame world?

Sony Ericsson has stepped away from the mobile phone biz for this one as they enter the world of the Digital Photo Frame. The IDP-100 is Sony Ericsson’s first venture with a digital photo frame, and it has a 7 inch WCGA screen and compatible with the Cyber-Shot brand.

The Sony Ericsson IDP-100 Digital Photo Frame will hold up to 500 images with transfer via Bluetooth, USB flash memory and memory cards.

Now the big question is…will Sony Ericsson return to the mobile world if the IDP-100 is a big success?
