From this week over 50 million AT&T and Sprint customers on 80 different mobile phone models gain access to Smarter Agent’s Homes for Sale mobile search launches. According to Smarter Agent they are the only carrier approved on-deck mobile real estate search.

In excess of 90 percent of mobile location-aware real estate activity is now powered by Smarter Agent, and they say their company “delivers accurate and up-to-the-minute home sale information to a consumer’s cell phone.”

Smarter Agent’s robust platform offers the most real estate data and more access for consumers. They also say that over the next 100 days they will also launch on Research In Motion’s BlackBerry and the Apple iPhone.
