Apple said they would lift the iPhone nondisclosure software agreement that has been in place to stop developers from discussing how they create the programs for the device.
So, good news for all developers and iPhone-related book publishers who have waited patiently for the NDA to be lifted. The NDA also made it extremely difficult for iPhone conference planners with limited information given at talks and discussions, not to forget the book publishers who have had delay iPhone books.
In a statement on Wednesday Apple said that the NDA agreement had created a massive burden on developers and authors, but also added that the agreement was one way to help protect the iPhone from ripped off by others.
