Yesterday was something special in the mobile phone world, we should have told you this news but totally forgot so we apologize. Mobile phones turned 25 years old yesterday; history was something special back then.
We wrote about the first ever mobile phone to be launched which we think you should read, before you read below ask yourself this question “Am I happy with my smart “Mobile” phone or do I prefer the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X?

1983 was the year the first ever handheld mobile phone was out on the market, the name of this mobile phone was called the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X and back then was a staggering $3,995, so you can see where technology has come and prices lowered.
The Motorola DynaTAC 8000X first received its approval from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission and become the world’s first commercial handheld mobile phone (Cell Phone to the Americans).
March 6th 1983 was the date it was made available for purchase, the demand for these handsets were immense and in high demand.
The Motorola DynaTAC 8000X featured specs that included Total Area Coverage’ let you talk for 30 minutes, 10 hours to recharge, eight hours of standby time, LED display, memory to store thirty “dialing locations and a cool size of 13 x 1.75 x 3.5 inches.
