Windows Mobile development now headed by Exchange executive Myerson
Terry Myerson, Microsoft’s executive who has overseen the development of Microsoft’s Exchange communications is reportedly to take over the troubled development of Windows Mobile.
Myerson is to become the corporate vice president of mobile communications production group and replaces previous corporate VP Todd Warren, who is to move onto other things within the Microsoft Corporation.
Microsoft launches Windows Mobile 6.1 back in April, and so far has not mentioned when the public is likely to see Windows Mobile 7, however there have been a few net reports that Windows Mobile 7 will hit sometime in the second half of 09 rather than the original schedule of early 09.
