Ralph de la Vega, AT&T’s Apple iPhone chief has spoke on the future of the Apple iPhone while at the Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco, whereby De la Vega announced a list of future apps and usage scenarios.
De la Vega said that when your Apple iPhone alarm wakes you it will have already loaded all your subscribed news feeds, it will have sent a message to your coffee maker telling it to get coffee ready, and once you’re up and having your coffee simply wave the iPhone at the TV and your news feeds are sent wirelessly to the TV for viewing.
Basically there’s a lot ahead for the Apple iPhone and its applications, De la Vega confirmed that there is a great deal of experimentation and testing taking place in AT&T’s labs with a view to integrate the Apple iPhone with AT&T’s fibre optic IPTV service U-Verse.
