The newest device Nokia is promoting is the Nokia N97 smartphone, a mobile handset that carve a new space between the blurred space betwixt smartphone and the laptop. The Nokia impresses firstly with its slim line shell, new stylish design, usability and ergonomics.
The Nokia N97 incorporates a kick-out full QWERTY kerboard which is hidden beneath a 3.5 inch widescreen 16.9 touch-screen display with the ability to tilt, a new homescreen that automatically delivers information via widgets and runs on S60 5th edition OS.
Furthermore the Nokia N97 features A-GPS, 32GB onboard storage that is expandable via microSD up to a further 16GB totalling 48GB storage. The N97 battery promises to kick out up to 4.5 hours of video and 37 hours of music.
The Nokia N97 also features a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss Tessar lens and dual LED flash, USB 2.0, Bluetooth, HSDPA, GPS, WiFi and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The N97 is expected to appear in the first half of 09 with a price of around 550 Euros.
