RIM BlackBerry Bold high return rate due to issues
UK mobile phone operator, Orange is apparently thinking about pulling Research In Motion’s BlackBerry Bold off store shelves due to persistent problems with the BlackBerry handset says the Guardian Newspaper.
Although the newspaper has not stated just where they acquired this information from, but according to the newspaper, France Telecom SA owned Orange may withdraw the BlackBerry Bold after “uncharacteristically high” return rates.
Apparently customers have complained about poor reception, and dropped calls. Strangely this sounds just like what was said of the BlackBerry Storm earlier, perhaps BlackBerry needs to take a good long look at what is going on.
