The Shadow from T-Mobile wasn’t the best loved Windows Mobile phone in 2008, but it did gain a few followers who were impressed with its SureType keyboard, feature set and slimness.
T-Mobile and HTC are releasing a successor to the Shadow, the Shadow 2009 which has been doing the rounds on the net for quite a while with varying spec leaks and the like, but now it appears T-Mobile are about to go official with the Shadow 2009.
It is expected the Shadow 2009 will hit stores on Jan 28th in red and white colours but as yet no pricing available. Spec wise though it will include a vibrant 2.6 inch screen, WiFi including @Home, Windows Mobile 6.1 OS, myFaves 1.5 W, Bluetooth, Quad-band EDGE/GPRS, and 20 key slide out keyboard with spin wheel navigation.
