The HTC S740 is kind of an odd ball mobile phone by modern Windows Mobile standards with its traditional numeric keypad rather than a touch sensitive or full touchscreen, it tends to remind of a more simple time with mobile handsets.
However, the HTC S743 is a different kettle which is the twin of the S740 but has had its 3G amputated and replaced with HSDPA 850/1900 for our North American buddies.
The HTC S743 packs Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard, with a styling that seems to have been inspired by the HTC Touch Diamond, a 2.4 inch QVGA display, the best bit about the HTC S743 though is its cool slide out QWERTY keyboard.
