Kogan pulls launch of Agora Android phone
The Android based Kogan Agora and Agora Pro were expected to be due out, however entrepreneur and Agora designer Ruslan Kogan has now delayed the launch of his mobile phones indefinitely.
The reason for delaying the Australian Agora and Agora Pro is apparently concerns over compatibility with future Android applications which were probably raised when Kogan had an on-the-quiet meeting with Google recently.
One particular issue that has apparently come to light is the Agora’s screen resolution doesn’t like Android applications going forward, which doesn’t really seem right when you consider the form factor is basically standard. Still I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
