BlackBerry Storm Verizon Navigator to go global in Q1
The Research In Motion BlackBerry Storm on Verizon Wireless is apparently becoming Verizon’s first mobile handset to support Global Verizon Navigator later this quarter.
This move probably makes sense as the BlackBerry Storm is one of the very few mobile handsets in the Verizon Wireless line up that is actually a world phone.
The word is it will cost $20.00 per month and will initially support countries such as the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Mexico and Italy at the outset and with Austria and Belgium to follow in the second quarter of 09.
