Research based on a study of over 4000 people in the US and UK claims mobile phone users are becoming increasingly frustrated and confused by the number of features on mobile phones.
The study was carried out by Mformation and claims that based on said 95 percent of mobile phone users would try out new services if those services technology was more straightforward.
In fact figures show that 61 percent of users find setting up a new mobile phone on par with moving a bank account, 85 percent say they were frustrated that the handset was too difficult to set up and 61 percent actually stop using an app if it doesn’t work immediately.
Geesh, guess mobile phone manufacturers better start making things more tech low then.
