Two separate reports are claiming that Sprint employees have begun training on the new Palm Pre mobile phone, one of which says they are already training on the Palm Pre but the handsets won’t be out until June.

However, another report via SprintUsers states that brochures and literature on the Palm Pre have been delivered to Sprint stores with demo and live model within weeks and they expect the Palm Pre will launch in three weeks.

The thing is this; these reports could well have mistaken the Palm Pre for the Palm Treo Pro on Sprint as it is the Sprint Treo Pro that has a release date for the 15th of February. Therefore either the reports have got it wrong or Sprint is going to launch both the Palm Treo Pro and Palm Pre simultaneously…guess we’ll have to wait and see.
