Once again Apple and AT&T find themselves being taken to court over the Apple iPhone 3G, again over claims of misrepresenting the Apple iPhone 3G and AT&T 3G network data speeds.
This time round its one Damone Dickerson who’s out to fill their pockets by filing a complaint in New Jersey claiming inconsistent 3G service and data speeds that just don’t live up to what is advertised.
Apparently this lawsuit seeks to have both Apple and AT&T change their labels and advertising to more accurately depict performance in real world terms, oh and of course to make sure Dickerson gains compensation, and damages.
