As most Apple iPhone toting iPhoners are aware they can launch the Apple iTunes application and download both video and audio podcasts over the air, however they will undoubtedly also be aware of the annoying restrictions in place whereby an iPhoner is restricted to only 10MB.
But with the coming of Apple iPhone OS 3.0 this may change at least for podcasts anyway. A MacRumors Form user going by the name of getinline1 downloaded a 138MB podcast using his Apple iPhone running the Apple iPhone OS 3.0 beta.
As of now though the 10MB restriction is still in place on Apple iTunes App Store, but hopefully this will finally be lifted when iPhone OS 3.0 finally hits in summer.
