The Apple iPhone has apparently swept the board in the latest JD Power Consumer Smartphone Satisfaction Study reports techcrunch.
The word is the Apple iPhone came tops in virtually every category and gained top marks for its features, operating system, physical design, ease of operation and overall satisfaction. The only area not to gain top marks was the iPhone’s battery.
Most of the iPhone’s rival handset were middling such as Palm, Motorola, RIM and HTC while Samsung gained only 2 or 3 star ratings while the iPhone scooped virtually all 5 star ratings. The iPhone scored 791 out of 1000 and in 2nd place came LG with 772 and Samsung grabbed 3rd with 759.
