The Palm Pre will launch tomorrow and in terms of features the Palm Pre matches the Apple iPhone and even have a couple of features the iPhone doesn’t, but what about pricing, is the Palm Pre on Sprint offering enough to out do the iPhone asks Cnet.
CEO of Billshrink.com, Peter Pham, a website that helps consumers cut waste out of their monthly bills says “Feature for feature these phones are very comparable, but when you look at the total cost of ownership, the Palm Pre on Sprint’s network offers better value for many consumers.”
The Palm Pre and iPhone are evenly matched in terms of upfront costs, but it is the Sprint service contract that will set the Palm Pre apart from the iPhone looking at it at a cost perspective. That is until Apple decides to drop the pricing on the iPhone of course.
