iPhone OS 3.0 software unlock warnings
Today begins WWDC 2009 and the prospect of an official release of iPhone OS 3.0; however, according to theiphoneblog, if you are planning on unlocking your iPhone handset don’t be too quick to pick up on the upgrade button in iTunes.
They says this because if you intend to unlock your iPhone and update there is a high possibility that the user will lose the option to unlock at a future date.
The iPhone Dev Team say they can’t prematurely release anything that may compromise any iPhone OS 3.0 software unlock, so basically the advice to iPhoners is don’t do anything until the Dev Team releases an official unlock for iPhone OS 3.0.

Will the new 3.0 software upgrade a 3g iphone to the same standard as the 3gs? or will their be a substantial difference?
