There is rumour that Apple face man Steve Jobs will return to the helm today and with his return is expected that he will announce iPhone 3.0 states an article on seekingalpha.
However, all Apple will say on this matter is that marketing senior vice president Phil Schiller will be doing the WWDC 2009 keynote, and that Steve Jobs will actually return at the end of this month.
With Jobs enforced absence, Apple have been forced to manage without him as has the investor community, and the fact that sooner or later Jobs will need to be replaced and now would appear to be a natural time to do so. The only real problem should Jobs step down as CEO is that there is no one that can match Steve Jobs for charisma which he has built up over 30 years.
