WWDC 2009 Roundup Rumours: Snow Leopard, iPhone 3GS, Laptops
As probably the whole world knows today begins Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference 2009 in San Francisco, and the guys over at macrumors have posted a WWDC 2009 rumour roundup which delivers the rumours running the net waves that surround the event such as Snow Leopard, iPhone 3GS and laptops.
Notably the most talked about product is of course the possibilities of a new iPhone, and especially now that the Palm Pre is out and its “potential iPhone killer” status.
The Pre uses ARM Cortex-A8 processor and is also currently in the iPhone 3G, and Apple job listing show Apple is looking for ARM Cortex specific programmers. Furthermore, it is believed that Apple have licensed future 3D graphic chips from Information Technologies who now have a 5th generation available which would enable more advanced graphics on a potential new iPhone.
