More info on the iPhone 3G S 2009 processor and Ram have now come to light courtesy of vnunet who got their information from T-Mobile Netherlands.

Apparently the new iPhone 3G S will now pack a600 MHz ARM processor and incorporate256MB of RAM whereas the iPhone 3G features a 400 MHz processor and has 128MB of RAM.

Apple placed the faster speed and memory as a big selling point of the iPhone 3G S at WWDC 2009, but speed and memory along will not sell the new handset, only reasonable prices and tariffs will, and so far that doesn’t look good.
