Readers Feedback on Apple iPhone 3G S 2009, prices and tariffs
Well the news is out about the Apple iPhone 3G S 2009 prices and tariffs on AT&T, and by the looks of it customers are not too happy.
The general consensus via reader’s feedback and from what I have read on the internet is that the iPhone 3G S upgrade price and the tariffs are considered way too expensive, for example we have been running a poll on (is the new Apple iPhone 3G S a rip-off) and so far the result shows an large majority, 86% of vote say yes it is.
Another of our polls (Will you switch from 3G to iPhone 3G S?) also shows 68% of the vote say they won’t switch to the iPhone 3G S. So it is looking like the iPhone 3G S isn’t as popular as one would expect.
So we’d like to hear our reader’s views on the iPhone 3G S prices and tariffs. Do you agree with them or disagree?

The new iPhone 3G S is definitely a rip-off for 2 main reasons:
1) The new 3G S looks exactly the same as the old 3G so people wouldn’t want a design which looks exactly the same.
2) The 3G users can get most of the new features which were advertised at the WWDC for FREE by updating their handsets to 3.0
Why would anyone waste that much money and get tied to a 18 or 24 months contract for a useless compass and a 1mp upgrade to the camera?
I am happy with the iphone 3gs , apart from the ridiculously short battery life, BUT the movistar TARIF!!!!!!!!
I am a low user and so went for the 9 euro min rate and checked it was to include ALL other operators YES was the resounding answer, and my weekend free minutes, is that too to ALL operators or just movistar NO ALL!!! so happily i proceeded, only to find on checking why I had 8 euros more on my bill than i should have I was told OH …..Yoigo is the one Spanish operator that is not classed as a "proper" operator and so the call is charged for!! and I can not change my tarif as i have signed for this one
DO NOT GO WITH MOVISTAR EVER!!!!!!! EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE TO GE THE IPHONE LIKE I WAS , WAITE, YOU CAN GET IT WITH ALL THE OPERATORS NOW , JUST A FEW MONTHS LATTER
