It has surfaced that the iPhone 3G S will sport a 600MHz CPU and 256MB memory as opposed to the iPhone 3G which packs a 412MHz.

To deliver better graphics it is believed Apple has used the new PowerVR SGX graphics processor which supports OpenGL ES 2.0 which allows the running of complete 2D and 3D games, and also beefs up the RAM to 256MB.
