In the wake of the Palm Pre and iPhone 3G S launches, usatoday reports that T-Mobile has announced the availability of the MyTouch 3G, T-Mobile’s second Google Android based smartphone for July.
The T-Mobile MyTouch 3G is the first in a line of 18 new Android platform handsets to be launched by the end of this year confirms Google but doesn’t deliver any specifics on what other Android handsets we can expect.
Apparently, current T-Mobile customers will be able to order the T-Mobile MyTouch 3G as of the 8th of July and expect delivery of the handset later in the month, and will be offered for $199 on a 2 year contract although a discount for current customers has yet to be finalised.
