It looks like that the all new webOS 1.1 for the Palm Pre will be releasing pretty soon according to Pre Central.

There will be improved Exchange Active Sync policies and Security; this new update will also see the likes of added EAS improvements which include: Required PIN with complexity, Device wipe after a certain number of failed PIN attempts, IT-initiated remote wipe, and Auto-lock and Improved digital certificates.

The update will apparently include many more applications, we are not sure if this will come via more apps or 3rd party apps in the App Catalog, we will all have to sit back and wait for the new webOS 1.1 for Palm Pre to be released and then we can tell you exactly what it will feature.
