HTC Hero and Magic: Sync Software Update version 2.0.4
HTC Hero gets an update from HTC which apparently addresses HTC Sync and HTC Magic both devices running on Android OS. (version 2.0.4).
HTC Sync claims to let you synchronize Outlook and Windows Address book, contacts and even calendar events that are on your Pc can be synchronized to your phone.
You can install third party Android applications, and the mobile network sharing function as well.

The HTC sync will not work with Vodafone – Magic, this information was given to me by HTC tec support. The sync will only work with “non Vodafone Magic” ! ! !
And the new synce update for Magic does give the mobile network sharing function as it does on the Hero. Thanks HTC!!
