HTC Lancaster is not going to happen, bye baby
The HTC Lancaster was presumed to be AT&T’s first Android packing mobile phone, but not any more as engadget mobile reports the HTC Lancaster has been dumped, (begin overtures of Bam Busters music.)
Apparently there’s no word exactly as to why the HTC Lancaster has been shelved, but no doubt AT&T will be looking for a replacement Android toting handset as soon as possible.
However, with the departure of the Lancaster all is not bad news as apparently there are two new Windows Mobile 6.5 handsets on their way in October in the form of the Fortress and Warhawk otherwise known as the HTC Touch Pro2 and HTC Touch Diamond2.

Why is the Fortress taking so long when T-Mobile already came out with their phone..
