Telefonica has now joined the applications store game by launching their own mobile phone app store which is known as mstore which already has in excess of 1000 apps available although only for Spain’s Movistar subscribers at the moment reports softpedia.
Telefonica say the new mstore is aimed at all types of customer and features a wide range of apps which should work on a variety of mobile phones. Mstore applications are categorised into 14 categories which are, shopping, tools, sports, books, travel, social networks, photos and videos, information, health, GPS Maps, games, finance, entertainment, education/children, and dictionaries.
Mstore apps vary in pricing from €0.49 up to €19.99 before VAT, although 10 percent of the mstore apps are free to download.
