Quickoffice, has now pushed out Quickoffice Mobile Office Suite 1.4.1 for the Apple iPhone and is available from the iTunes App Store commanding a price of $9.99 reports the register.

Quickoffice Mobile Office Suite 1.4.1 for the Apple iPhone allows the user to edit Excel and Word files and documents and sheets saved in Microsoft .docx and .xisx standards and the user can also mount their iPhone on their desktop as a wireless drive to access emails from their MobileMe iDisk.

While as a media player and viewer, Quickoffice supports many formats although as an editor and creator Quickoffice is somewhat limited with its Quickword module focusing mainly on the three Microsoft formats mentioned above.
