Due to the popularity of the iPhone, mobile customers are becoming more aware of smartphones and their capabilities, and now a new survey seems to confirm that the iPhone is still top of the smartphones.
According to an article posted on Cnet, a survey by the CFI group gives the iPhone a nice score of 83 out of a 100 in customer satisfaction, beating the Palm Pre and its webOS, and Android into tying for second place with 77.
Taking 3rd place with a score of 73 is RIM BlackBerry while the Palm Treo comes in at 4th with 70 points while Symbian and Windows Mobile trail with just 66 points.
