Samsung and Sprint have now officially announced the Samsung Intrepid handset which sports the new Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional operating system and improves on previous Samsung mobile phone reports engadget mobile.
The Sprint branded Samsung Intrepid features a 2.5 inch touch screen, 3.2 megapixel camera and camcorder, a full QWERTY keyboard, Microsoft Mobile Office, WiFi, easy access to social networking such as Facebook, Twitter and Flickr, Bluetooth and microSD expansion up to 32GB.
The Samsung Intrepid will become available as of the 11th of October and command a price tag of $149.99 on a 2 year contract and after a $50 mail in rebate.
