One would have assumed that T-Mobile would have moved on from their myTouch 3G smartphone and worked on other Android platform packing handsets for future presentation but apparently you’d be wrong, as T-Mobile has taken another look at the myTouch 3G.
According to an article on businesswire, T-Mobile has now added a 3.5mm jack to a new version of the myTouch 3G for later this year, and is actually being released as a special edition in conjunction with guitar experts Fender.
Thus later this year, we will see the T-Mobile myTouch 3G Fender Limited Edition model that not onlt carries a 3.5mm jack but comes in a wood grain finish and bundled with preloaded music and 16GB microSD card; no word of actual release date or pricing yet though.
