Android and LTE handsets planned for 2010/11 by Kyocera
Japanese Kyocera usually works with the smaller American operators like MetroPCS, Cricket and Virgin Mobile; however Kyocera has now announced they intend to launch a device sporting the Android platform sometime next year reports unwired view.
Furthermore, Kyocera also plans on releasing LTE mobile phones in future years and will use the Android platform and another mobile platform for such devices.
Sometime in 2011, Kyocera wants to introduce a dual mode CDMA/LTE mobile handset, although they have not named which carrier such a device would go with, but as MetroPCS has already announced their LTE plans they seem the obvious choice.
