Video: Anti-iPhone Droid Commercial from Verizon
In the search for the elusive “iPhone killer” it looks to have stepped up a mark as Verizon Wireless position their new Droid mobile phone to take on the iconic iPhone.
According to an article over on engadget mobile, it appears Verizon is promoting their Android based Motorola Droid smartphone as the “Anti-iPhone” by launching a short video commercial that takes a swipe at Apple’s smartphone king.
The video, which can be viewed below scrolls of several things the iPhone can’t do then flashes to a futuristic scene of droids with the tag line…”Droid Does.” Thus the first salvo in the battle has been fired, now will AT&T or Apple counterattack?

If you are just like me who hates too sophisticated phones, I recommend the use of the Just5 cell phone. This is the antidote to overly complex phones that do nothing ideal, really, for people like me. I am in my 60s and I am proud to say that my Just5 cell phone has the capacity to help me during emergencies as it has free PERS features that can contact help in just a press of button. This is not to mention yet that I am only paying 10 dollars every month for my phone’s basic prepaid plan. Check this phone here: http://www.just5.com.
