Verizon Droid, so far Verizon hasn’t offered any real concrete date when anyone can grab hold of their new Droid, however we do know one thing is on the cards and that is the Verizon Droid will be fully unveiled on October the 28th, reports engadget mobile.

Of course the Verizon Droid event is by invitation only and said invites have been sent out to the media and confirms that it will come from, yes you’ve guessed it, Motorola, so that’s the Motorola Droid.

Apparently Verizon is touting the Droid as the “must-have device of the year,” so I guess we’ll see just how big this Droid thing is come the 28th.
