Surprisingly the name on the box was the first thing that seemed strange, as the box clearly labelled as the Curve 2 and not the Curve 8530.
Although some assume that this is not going to be the name that the device is launched under though. The Curve 2 now has Wi-Fi which the first pre production ‘aries’ units did not have. We were all aware that all future Verizon Blackberry devices were mandated to have Wi-Fi and that seems to be holding up.
The BlackBerry Curve 8530 stacks up quite well against its GSM brother the Curve 8520 and actually does it with the inclusion of a GPS radio and 3G. To read more go to crackberry.com
