The launch of the Motorola Droid smartphone in the United States is the first mobile phone to feature Google turn-by-turn navigation mapping software and thus will no doubt have sat-nav manufacturers alarmed reports an article over on the Times Online.
They say the Motorola Droid is a “turbocharged reconnaissance device” that sports features that the traditional sat-nav manufacturers can only but dream about.
