37 mobile phones from Softbank and NTT DoCoMo

Apparently the two of the largest carriers in Japan, Softbank and NTT DoCoMo have released almost an incredible 40 mobile phone in the space of just 24 hours it’s something worth reporting, but to try and cover all 37 mobile phones in one hit would be simple too much.

But thanks to the guys over at engadget mobile we can bring you a few highlights from both NTT DoCoMo’s offering and that of Softbank, so here we go…

NTT DoCoMo has pushed out the Fujitsu F-20B which has been apparently described as a “jewellery quality” handset and features a snap-on perfume holder, presumably targeted towards the ladies – – the Fujitsu F-04B with removable keyboard, 12.1 megapixel camera and Bluetooth.

The LG L-03B with support for English, Japanese and Korean – – the Sharp SH-04B which looks like a melting bar of chocolate and has been designed by food themed wardrobe accessory maker Q-Pot – – the Samsung SC-01B a Windows Mobile 6.5 handset which looks like a remix of the B7330 – – and the Panasonic P-01B a flip phone with secret keypad which doubles as a touchpad.

On to Softbank who have pushed out the Sharp AQUOS Mobile FULLTOUCH 941SH with a 4 inch 1024 x 480 display – – Sharp AQUOS Mobile 943SH with dual one-seg tuners and mentions Blu-ray content transfer – – Sharp 942SH KT with Hello Kitty tie in – – Sharp Jelly Beans 840SH available in 7 colours.

The Toshiba dynapocket X01T which is basically a Toshiba TG01 – – Samsung X01SC is similar to AT&T’s Samsung Jack – -Samsung OMNIA VISION 940SC which is of course an Omnia with 3.5 inch AMOLED display and kickstand – – and lastly Android which is an Android sporting handset with 3.7 inch AMOLED display and 1GHz Snapdragon processor.
