AT&T Blackberry customers have only days to wait before they can get their hands on the BlackBerry Bold 9700 smartphone as the iPhone carrier has announced the BlackBerry Bold 9700 and the Blackberry Curve 8520 will become available reports CIO.
AT&T will be the second US carrier to offer the BlackBerry Curve 8520 as T-Mobile already offers the smartphone along with beating AT&T to the BlackBerry Bold 9700 release. However the AT&T BlackBerry Bold 9700 will ship as of the 22nd of November.
The BlackBerry Curve 8520 isn’t quite a new BlackBerry smartphone but does feature the new trackpad rather than trackball, and actually was the first BlackBerry to gain the new optical trackpad even though it is a low end device.
The BlackBerry Bold 9700 will be offered by AT&T for $199.99 on agreement and after rebate while the BlackBerry Curve 8520 on AT&T will command a $99 price tag after a mail in rebate and on a 2 year agreement.
