Amazon, now they are a big company right? And over the past year they have had some good deals on Android platform mobile phones beginning with the original Android handset the T-Mobile G1 which they sold for $98 while T-Mobile sold it for $179.99.

When the guys over at phandroid got all excited they checked out what Android deals Amazon were doing for Black Friday and were quickly disappointed to find Amazon Black Friday is already on and there were only 5 items on offer and for a limited time and availability.

So no Android deals from Amazon this Black Friday week, and the report goes on to moan that there was only one item and that was an accessory not a mobile phone, and even more hurtful was the accessory was for the iPhone.

The guys are holding out hopes that Amazon will update and offer at least something Android, but maybe their hopes are all wasted and should be looking at other Black Friday deals for their Android kick.
